www.abakus-securite.fr presents Abakus Sécurité’s business, expertise, services, and partners. Published information is provided for general information and may be changed or updated without notice.

The website is normally available at all times. Abakus Sécurité may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

Users should access the website using current, properly maintained, malware-free equipment and an up-to-date browser.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, visuals, graphics, logos, animations, videos, icons, interface elements, and other website content are owned by Abakus Sécurité or used with the authorization of their respective owners.

Any reproduction, representation, alteration, adaptation, publication, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Partner and publisher trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Abakus Sécurité endeavors to publish accurate, current information but cannot guarantee that all content will remain complete at all times. Users remain responsible for how they use the information available on the website.

The website may include links to third-party websites. Abakus Sécurité does not continuously control their content, availability, or privacy practices and is not responsible for their operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Abakus Sécurité is not liable for temporary unavailability, technical incompatibility, or indirect loss arising from use of the website.

6. Personal data

6.1 Data processed by the website

The website does not create user accounts and does not collect passwords, payment or billing data, or health data. It contains no form that is submitted to an Abakus Sécurité server.

The Contact page includes a local form that only prepares a message in the user’s email application. Information entered in that form is not stored in the browser by the website and is not sent to Abakus Sécurité unless the user personally confirms and sends the email.

6.2 Data voluntarily sent by email

When a user voluntarily emails Abakus Sécurité, the message may contain the user’s name, organization, professional email address, phone number, request category, and message content.

This information is used to respond, understand the request, arrange a discussion, and, where relevant, prepare or manage a pre-contractual or professional relationship. Processing is based on the data subject’s request, any requested pre-contractual steps, and Abakus Sécurité’s legitimate interest in managing professional relationships.

Data is available only to authorized Abakus Sécurité personnel and, where necessary, technical service providers subject to confidentiality and security requirements. It is not sold.

Messages are retained only for the time needed to handle the request and follow up on the relationship. They may then be archived only for periods required by legal or contractual obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Cookies and other trackers

In its current configuration, the website does not place cookies, use audience-measurement tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or tags designed to track browsing. No consent banner is therefore displayed.

Links to LinkedIn, publishers, partners, or other external websites are ordinary hyperlinks. A third-party service may place its own cookies only after the user chooses to leave the Abakus Sécurité website and access that service. The third party’s privacy rules then apply.

If cookies or trackers are added in the future, this page will be updated and a consent mechanism will be implemented whenever required by applicable law.

Abakus Sécurité applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect website availability and the confidentiality of information received. Because no Internet-connected system can offer absolute security, the company cannot guarantee the complete absence of risk.
